Question: Bug or user error?

I just upgraded from some version of PL/SQL developer 6 to 7.1.5 and have run into an interesting issue. In the program, test, report, explain plan, or sql windows the home or end keys no longer bring me to the beginning or end of the line when pressed by themselves. If I press shift-home or end it highlights to beginning or end of the line, ctrl-home or end go to the beginning or end of the window's text so I know the key works and the program is receiving the keystroke. In the command window the key seems to work as expected, just not in the others. I have checked key configuration under preferences, and neither the Home or End keys are set there.

Any ideas?

This is indeed an upgrade bug. You will need to assign these function keys in the "Key Configuration" preferences, or press the "Reset to Default" button on this preference page.
