Query reporter installed on 64 bit machine with oracle 32 bit

When I try logging into the query I get a message ora12154 TNS could not resolve the connect identification. I have added my drivers to oracle for this but I get the same error.

Note that on Windows 64 Bit you will need to install an Oracle 11g or 12c Client (32 Bit). An Oracle 10g or earlier client may lead to such errors.
