PSD causes massive CPU

Hi Marco,

PSD uses massive CPU, even it's not connected to a database.
In my case 4 Instances, causes 100% CPU Performance.
(Best regards from my fan, running like hell)

We have this behaviour under
Windows 7,8,10
Tested PSD Versions where 11.0.5 and 11.0.3
