PSD 14 Appearance Bug...

In PSD v13, when you disconnect a SQL window from the database, the appearance colour scheme disappears, which is as I would want it since it's the database connection that determines the appearance colour scheme. In PSD 14, the appearance colour scheme is retained even after disconnecting from the database. I have sent an email to support@allroundautomations.com with the same subject line which contains a document showing screenshots that illustrate the problem.

This is indeed correct. In version 14 the connection indicator remains, regardless whether you are connected to the database or not.

As discussed via email, I think at the very least there should be a setting to revert to the old behaviour, because if a session is disconnected then there should be no connection settings applied (since the connections settings are determined by the database the session is connected to - no connection, no settings). Also, the option Session/Log Of/All disconnects but leaves the connection settings on, whereas Disconnect on an individual window disconnects and removes the connection settings - this is inconsistent behaviour.

I totally agree with this. I have special color for connections that I'm supposed to use as little as possible. And it really scares me when I see red connection indicator, only to see that it is not connected anymore.

I agree with the opinion. It is important to know whether a connection, e.g. to a productive database or not. And, for me, the most striking thing is the background color.
