Properties not available

Hi,

We are using a shared installation (version 8).
One user, trying from the Object Browser to see the properties od MV and get the message "Properties not available".
For other users it works.

What can we do to enable the user to see the MV Properties ?

To obtain some more diagnostic information, can you modify the shortcut and add the debugsql parameter? For example:

"C:\Program Files\PLSQL Developer\plsqldev.exe" debugsql

Reproduce the problem and send me the debug.txt file that is generated in the PL/SQL Developer directory.

Hi,

The specific user when running with debugsql, in the share directory created only file vcsdebug.txt.
It containts only
(If i connect, created the above file and debug.txt file).

Any suggestion how to proceed ?

We need the debug.txt file, not the vcsdebug.txt.

Can you go to Help > Support Info, press the 'Copy all pages' button on this info screen, and paste this text into an e-mail reply?
