1. Open a package body in a Program Window (db view/db edit/script)
2. Right-click the package name and select Properties
3. Package Spec information will be shown instead.
This is really misleading. We incorrectly assumed a given problem was not in a specific program based on the date (last_ddl_time) this function had shown.
