Project Issue

Hi Guys, i'm new work with Oracle and Pl-SQL, and i read about projects in PL-SQL then i wonder how work with this feature in a team configuration with Source Control plug-in work together too.
My needs are basically which it's the best practice to work a medium scale system with pl-sql developer projects feature combining with source control plug-in

It depends on the isolation/collaboration level of the project members. Will they collaborate and immediately see the changes made by others? Or will they work in isolation on a change, and only publish their work to other project members when the change is done and tested?

Now we work in isolation configuration, the developers public their work after done and tested?

i like to know how we must work if we implement the collaboration configuration?
