Programming in PL/SQL Developer using speeh

Is it possible to program pl/sql in PL/SQL Developer by using speech in stead of typing on a keyboard...?

If you have a Speech-To-Text utility installed on your PC this should be possible.

I have no experience with it, so I can't really suggest anything. Windows has its own "Speech Recognition" utility, but there are many 3rd party utilities as well.
