Program window procedure/function list pane missing

Hi,
I have a problem since a few days. In the Object window, "Functions" and "Procedures" just disappeared.
When I click [Folders...] >> [Define Browse Folder] dialog appears in which all except the above mentioned
objects appear! Thus I'm unable to include them. Pls provide the procedure to recover the hidden objects.
One of the forum users suggested "code hierarchy". I tried checking/unchecking it, but no joy.
I'm using ver 9.06.1665.

If you go to directory %APPDATA%\PLSQL Developer\Preferences\ and edit the user.prefs file you can delete the [BrowserFolders] section to restore the folders to default. Any folder modifications you may have created will be lost of course.
