Product Code

Recently, I had replaced my machine and I downloaded pl/sql developer trial version to use until out IT dept install it.

My question is
Do I have to remove the trial version and install new one?

I found there is register link under help which requires product code, serial number and pasword. Where I can get password?

I got all product code, serial number and password.
But I am having "register failed" alert when I entered all keys.

Is this becasue different version issue?
Can you let me know how I can check this is different version issue?

License keys did change between version. Guess you'll have to talk to IT after all!
