Problems for Dockable Tools

I must redock the Dockable Tools,such as Windows List/Template List, to the prefer location every time I start the PL/SQL Developer program. I don't know what's the problem

Have you tried the menu option 'Window/Save Layout' after you have docked the Windows and Template lists? This should make PL/SQL Dev to show those Lists on start up everytime.
