Problem with "Change Window to"

Hy,

i've got a little problem with this function.
I had an script open which has a lot of Declare-Begin-End Blocks (approx. 70). When i now change it to a Program Window PL/SQL Dev. show me (after a long time processing) a Program Window which has about 70 Tabs (for each Block one?) named with "?"

I know this is not a right handling on my side, but i find this a little confusing...
