Prevent user settings modification

Hi,
in my company there is fancy security policy, and we are wondering it there is any way to prevent users to set certain profile-stored settings.

Or at least a way to make them to be unchecked bty default where the user profile is genrated on first program run.

There is currently no option to lock or disable specific (or all) preferences.

I have added this to the list of enhancement requests.
