I have setup PL/SQL Developer on a new desktop. However, whenever I login it always brings up the News Page (which did not occur on my previous desktop). I change values in the preferences page (the ability to use the Home and End keys) and the the changes are not saved. I have to reset each time I logon. Also, on my previous desktop I believe it would bring up the user name I last used when signing into PL/SQL Developer, on my new desktop this is not doing this.

Can you go to Help > Support Info, press the 'Copy all pages' button on this info screen, and paste this text into an e-mail reply?
