We are installing PLSD on a read-only network application server, and using params.ini to direct PLSD to store user preferences on the individual users' private network share. Works great, so far.
Now I want to set up examdiff as a default external tool, so that each individual user does not have to set it up. I tried adding the appropriate [ExternalTools] info to the ~\Preferences\Default\default.ini file on the server, which is how I handled other default settings, but it doesn't seem to be recognized there.
Can you please suggest how I can include an external tool definition in the network install so that it is available to all users?
Thanx,
HMD
