It will be a problem if you have discussions about different requests in one thread. UBB is linear, so it's not really suited for this.

We hope to have a good enhancement request and bug reporting tool after releassing 6.0.

Maybe you should take a look at http://www.oracledeveloper.nl and check out the forum there. This forum supports real threads.
