Possible Bug: Right click "New..." does nothing

Since upgrading to version 7.x, if I highlight the Procedures folder and right click and select "New..." nothing happends. Right clicking on an existing procedure and selecting "Edit" works fine.

I'm on version 7.0.1.1066

Works fine for me. If you go to File > New > Program Window, does the submenu include a "Procedure" item?

No...mine goes File > New > Program Window > Blank

Then you are missing the necessary templates they should be located in the "Template\Program units" subdirectory in the PL/SQL Developer installation directory. Can you verify this?
