Portable edition (paf)

Are there any plans to release portable version of PLSQL developer? I think many users will really appreciate that.

We have no plans for this at the moment. I have added this to the list of enhancement requests.

Is there a place were we could vote on enhancement requests?
I would opt-in for this one too (don't have admin privs at my place, and the version used here is old).
