Polar Light theme confusion

In the windows 11 polar light theme, the active tab is darker than the inactive theme.
When you have only two tabs, it looks like, the other one is selected.

Of course, it is not necessary, that the lighter color is the actually selected tab, but for me, in the color scheme, it is similar to something disabled item.
Because, in Delphi 11, the blue-darker blue, is clearly visible, that the auc007 is the active tab.
