Plz change focus in Test window

Hi,

In the Test window there's a VERY useful tab: "DBMS Output".
Problem is that when you go this tab the BUFFER size is always focused and not the Editor.

Could you set the focus in the Editor plz?

Speaking of that, I used to start a long-running test and then click on the "DBMS Output" tab so that it'd pop up with the results as soon as the test finished. But starting w/ V7.1, it always pops back to the "Test Script" tab when it finishes.

Is there a reason for that? Maybe some feature request someone put in that I didn't see?
