Is is possible with a plugin to modify the popup context menu of the Files Browser window?

I don't think you can since this is provided by Windows. It's the explorer context menu. Unless of course when you mean a different window

I'm talking about the File Browser tree-view window. On my setup it is a tab beside Object Browser. I don't think this is provided by Windows. The current menu items are...
