Plugin CommentLine is broken

After upgrading to version 16.0.8.2176, I noticed that the CommentLine plugin (3.0.64.103 download from https://bar-solutions.com/plugins.php) no longer works correctly. Regardless of the cursor position, it unfortunately always jumps to the first line of the file and inserts a "--" comment.

Does anyone know if there are plans to fix this issue?

I'm not sure what could cause this, but note that in PL/SQL Developer 16 you can assign a function key to the "Editor: Comment/Uncomment Line" function. By default it is Ctrl -.

The original built-in Ctrl- toggles the comment without jumping to the beginning of the next line. so far so good. I assigned Cntl- to the Plugin-Command which has that strange behaviour. It is not a big problem - but I got used to the former behaviour in commenting or uncommenting without marking a selection.
