Plug-in interface: IDE_GetMenuItemLayout wrong result OnActivate

If calls IDE_GetMenuItemLayout function from OnActivate function than the menu items do not return. Later IDE_GetMenuItemLayout returns the result.

It seems to work fine. Can you let me know if the function hangs, or that it returns with an empty value?

The function returns 185 empty lines.

I have plugins installed:
1. Active Query Builder
2.plsqldoc
3.rrProject
