plsqldoc plugin command-line interface

I like the plsqldoc plugin. Is there a command-line interface for it? I Don't want to have to start up PL/SQL Developer, and run the command file (.pdc) manually.. I'd like it if I could run plsqldoc plugin from the command-line (as part of an automated process).
