plsqldev-svn-plugin installation error

Dear all, I'm trying to install the plsqldev-svn plugin on a Windows 7 machine (I'm running PL/SQL Developer 7). When trying to install the plugin, it returns an error "Error: PL/SQL Developer not found. Please install it first".

Is there any configuration to be applied to make PL/SQL developer installation visible to SVN-plugin?

Was PL/SQL Developer properly installed through the setup program on this PC?

If this all doesn't help, you can also just copy all the files from the setup zip file (except setup.exe and setup.cfg) to the plugins folder of your PL/SQL Developer installation by hand.
