plsqldev.exe.manifest and Job windows

PLSQLDev Version 7.0.2.1076

1. Tools->Preferences->Appearance and click "Enable XP Style"
with create plsqldev.exe.manifest file near by plsqldev.exe and next exec PLSQLDev use xp style... only Job windows is black
Tools->Preferences->Appearance and click "Disable XP Style" or manually delete manifest file next exec Job windows is normal...

2. Tools->Preferences->Appearance and set language russian and apply... in Browse window not work right click open template window for: package, function, procedures, types, triggers...

This is indeed a known problem for some users. You will have to disable the XP style.

in Browse window not work right click open template window for: package, function, procedures, types, triggers...

I'm not quite sure what you mean by "right click open template window". Can you explain?
