plsql_doc: Problems with TABs in html file

Hi,

when TABs from the soure code are writtend into the

...

section of the HTML doc file, the correct alignment may get lost in the browsers view.

It might be nice to have an additional plsqldoc option to translate the TABs to space characters when generating the doc file.
