PLSQL Developer TNS problem

when i login oracle 10g,it always display
ora-12154 tns could not resolve the connect identifier specified
but i connect with sql plus is okay
tnsping is okay
my os is windows 7 64bit
can anyone help me.thanks

Can you start PL/SQL Developer without connecting, go to Help > Support Info, press the 'Copy all pages' button on this info screen, and paste this text into an e-mail reply?

I had the same problem on Windows 7 64bit and Vista 64bit.

You must install the 32-bit client to make PL/SQL developer work.

Can you connect with C:\oracle\product\10.2.0\client_1\bin\sqlplus.exe?
