PLSQL Developer is really show on startup

Hello,

Yesterday I got my new PC with Windows XP SP2. I installed all the Oracle tools and PL/SQL developer. When I try to start PL/SQL developer sometimes is starts normally, but mostly it

I updated my motherboard bios because a P4 uses a technology called multi-threading. It seems to work now.
