PLSQL dev v9 File/Save As dialog freeze

When I save or open an sql query the File dialog box appears. the dialog box doesn't working well, I can't open subdirectory en the button Cancel is not visible and after few mouseclicks the dialog box says Not Responding and PLSQL closed abruptly.

Who can help my to fix this problem ?

Do you perhaps have any network locations or favorites that are not accessible?

No i haven't locations or favorites that are not accessible.
Can i reset the settings from the application?

You can start regedit.exe and delete (or rename) the following section:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Allround Automations\PL/SQL Developer
