PLSQL beautifier error

in oracle10g have a method to resolve ' in string using '' .
if I use q'['And XL.Nmareacode = ']' || p_areacode||q'[']'
;
q'[']' intead of '''' I have recerve beautifier error

Hi, I saw this topic about Beautifier issue and literal strings and decided to post here (hope you're not mad at me).

Beautifier does not format national character set literal strings properly.

Original query:

select q'!just!', nq'!testing!' from dual;

Formatted query:

select q'!just!'
,nq '!testing!' /* space between "nq" and "'" */
from dual;

Current Version: 9.0.6.1995.
