PLSQL and CITRIX

We are using PLSQL version 6.0.3 installed on CITRIX servers (Metaframe XPe FR3/SP4 on W2K). PLSQL is published in seamless mode. All the users complain that they loose the icons of the different PLSQL windows and therefore, they cannot switch from on window to another. Is there an uncompatibility between PLSQL and CITRIX when publishing the application this way ?
