Pl/sql does not persist preference settings

Hi!
I'm facing a problem related to the editor preferences persistence.

Steps:
1 Open pl/sql
2 Select edit menu > PL/SQL Beautifier Options...
3 In User interface > PL/SQL Beautifier, select "Before Saving"
4 Apply.
5 Close PLSQL and Reopen it
6 Repeat step 2
7 The setting done in step 3 is lost

So I have to define this setting every time.

Does anyone can help me?
My pl/SQL version is 7.1.5.1398
