The beautifier command in the command prompt can accept either an object name or a file name. For the later, the file is beautified. That is not a feature I expect to use.
However, I would like a similar functionality for the 'plugin plsqldoc generate' command. This will follow the general file oriented nature of PL/SQL Developer in supporting the files as the source. It will ease batch generation of the complete documentation based on the version controlled source files.
