PL/SQL Developer still shows "OCI: version 9.2"

I have upgraded my oracle client to 11.1.0.
When I look at the Support Info form in the develper it shows:

Using
Home: My_Home
DLL: C:\Oracle\product\11.1.0\client\bin\oci.dll
OCI: version 9.2
Oracle Database 10g Enterprise Edition Release 10.2.0.4.0

What did I miss here?

Forgot to mention that the oci.dll version in the path shows version 11.1.0.1.

So I have no clue where 9.2 is coming from ...
