PL SQL developer Slow startup

I got new workspace (new computer) and PL/SQL developer startup went slow. OS and PL/SQL version is the same.

I added command line switch: DebugSQL and it shows:

2012.09.19 09:40:11 Logon2 starting
2012.09.19 09:40:11 Logon2.Execute starts
2012.09.19 09:40:59 Logon2.Execute done
2012.09.19 09:40:59 Logon2 done

That "Logon2.Execute starts" it tooks about 50 seconds.
All other operations about 1-0 seconds. So all startup 52 about seconds.

Do you have any ideas what is wrong with that Logon2.Execute starts?
