PL/SQL Developer on Citrix

Some of my coworkers can use PL/SQL Developer on their PC's just fine. If they use the same PC and try to use it through Citrix, however, it gives an error message that states "Login Failed", before the login screen even shows up. After that, if they try to login, no window shows up to allow them to login.

If the same person uses a different PC, however, and goes through Citrix, it works OK. So, it might be a Citrix issue, but do you have have any ideas to try? I'm stumped!

Using Windows 7
PL/SQL Developer version 10

On Citrix, can you go to Help > Support Info, press the 'Copy all pages' button on this info screen, and paste this text into an e-mail reply?

Well, it's all working OK now. No idea what happened. Anyway, no need to worry about it.
