"PL/SQL Developer for ASP.NET" not delivered yet

I have been buy a PL/SQL developer by internet (on-line), on last Friday, 30 Sep05, but up to rightnow (3Oct05) I have not received yet that software, because my email server is broken. Could you help me please?
I have change my email from djodi@prosys.co.id into djodipbp@indo.net.id
