PL/SQL Developer Authorization Table in Version 12

hello plsql developer team,

up to version 11 there was a possibility to grant user access
to pl/sql developer using table sys.plsql_authorization.

But I was not able to find that feature in version 12.
Do you remove that in Version 12?
If so, is there any other possibility to grant user access in
pl/sql developer as in version 11?

This is indeed no longer possible in version 12.
