PL/SQL Developer 7.1.5.1397 Not working on Windows 7 64 bit

Recently we upgraded our System (windows Xp 32 Bit) to Windows 7 64 bit. When we upgraded our PL/SQL Developer tool stopped working. When we tried to log in it gave the following error "ORA-12154: TNS: could not resolved Service names".

On few of the forums we found, the Tool is not compatible with 64 bit Oracle client, but you have a work around. Can you guide us in getting the tool working.

Here the Details of the PL/SQL Developer and other information from the Support Info.

AFAIR the problem is parentheses in the path of PSD: "C:\Program Files (x86)\PLSQL Developer" AND using older Oracle Client. Try installing the latest 32 bit 11.2 Oracle client instead of 9.2, or install PSD into another directory.
