Hi,
Version 13 have a strange behavior sometimes for the window, but I could not figure out what exactly generate that.
I have a multi-monitor config - 3 in total (Laptop screen on the left and 2 extra screen plugged in). I often have multiple instance of PL/SQL Developer open (one connection per instance). All instances are maximized.
Sometimes when I minimize PL/SQL Developer to the task bar, when I call it back it reopen.. on another screen. It is happening sometimes, not always, that is why I have trouble finding a cause. I get it in average once or twice a day.
