PL/SQL Developer 12 does not download SQL statement with xlsx

Question:

"Export to Excel with SQL statement" in format option, does not work. Data is exported, but there is no SQL in Sheet2

XLSX is chosen as "Excel export format"

I have Excel 2016 64 bit --> Latest 365 ProPlus enterprise build.

This seems to work fine for me. Is the "Export to Excel with SQL statement" option enabled in Preferences > Files > Format? Can you also let me know your exact PL/SQL Developer version?
