PL/SQL Developer 12 default screen layout while using remote desktop connection

I'm using PL/SQL developer 12.0.3.1821 on Windows 7 Professional

I've changed PL/SQL developer layout and saved it.

While working with PL/SQL Developer locally everything works fine.

When I connect to my Workstation using remote desktop connection, PL/SQL developer uses default screen layout.

Can you go to Preferences > User Interface / Options and check if the "Save layout per multi monitor setup" option is enabled? If it is enabled, can you disable it and try again?
