PL/SQL Developer 11.0 Not connecting to Database

Hi

I am getting "ORA-12154: TNT:could not resolve the connect identifier specified" error on Windows 7 32 bit when trying to log on Oracle Database 11G with PL/SQL Developer 11.0.

On the same machine, I am able to connect with PL/SQL Developer 8, 9 and 10.

I have the correct tnt names otherwise other versions of PL/SQL Developer would not connect.

Please assist.

Maybe this is an environment problem. Can you start PL/SQL Developer without connecting, go to Help > Support Info and send me the text from the "Info" tab page?
