PL/SQL Dev works on Oracle10g 64 bits

Good morning for all!!!

How I make works PL/SQL connect to Oracle10g 64 bits?
This Oracle is installed on network.

When I try connection appears a lot of errors in DLL's.

There are no special requirements to access a 64 bits server.

Can you provide an error message?
