PL/SQL Dev 8.0.4.1514 hangs on Win 7 64 bit

It hangs while starting after displaying Loading Plug-Ins. Now I'm not using any plug-ins. I use Win 7 Professional 64 bit SP1
Help, please ...

To obtain some more diagnostic information, can you modify the shortcut and add the DebugSQL parameter? For example:

"C:\Program Files\PLSQL Developer\plsqldev.exe" DebugSQL

Reproduce the problem and send me the debug.txt file that is generated in the PL/SQL Developer directory or in the %APPDATA%\PLSQL Developer directory (e.g. C:\Users\\AppData\Roaming\PLSQL Developer).

Thx. My trouble mysteriusly disappeared after setting win not to display message boxes and setting PL/SQL Dev window to minimized at start ... may be there were some message(s) displayed benaeath the splash screen while starting (I think so because of win sounds only) but not only - I had to minimize PL/SQL Dev. Now I can't hang the application.
