PL\SQL 12 Folders references don't work

Hi,
I have many porblemi with the new version of the program:
- I can not install plugins
- Substitution variable don't work
- Template reference point to another folder (I do not know which)

This anomalous behavior can be caused by the fact that I imported the configuration from a previous version???

I ask the courtesy to solve the problem as soon as possible since I just paid to have the new version of the program.

What exactly goes wrong when installing a Plug-In? Can you provide an example?

What exactly goes wrong with substitution variables? Can you provide an example of a substitution variable that does not work?

The templates are moved to %APPDATA%\PLSQL Developer\Template by default (e.g. C:\Users\\AppData\Roaming\PLSQL Developer\Template).

I run the installer with administrator privileges

Solved inserting template in %APPDATA%\PLSQL Developer\Template

The templates are moved to %APPDATA%\PLSQL Developer\Template by default (e.g. C:\Users\\AppData\Roaming\PLSQL Developer\Template).

Now it works.
In previous versions the template was put in C:\Program Files\PLSQL Developer, now in AppData\Roaming\PLSQL Developer 12?

All problem are solved inserting files (macro, plugin. template) in C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\PLSQL Developer 12.

In the previus versions i put the files in C:\Program Files\PLSQL Developer 12
