Paste sometimes isn't working

PL/SQL Developer 5.0x, 5.1

'Paste' sometimes is not working in Create/Edit table dialog on Columns tab.

Right now Ctrl-V is not working definately, Shift-Ins is working. Mouse right-click doesn't show 'Paste' item in menu. In Edit menu 'Paste' item is disabled.

Well, sometimes Ctrl-V is working normally. There is no pattern I can provide to reproduce this problem.
