Page breaks

In the options tab, when I specify the number of lines for a page break two things occur:

1. As I scroll down to display more pages of a 25 page report, the columns start to squeeze together. They don't maintain the same width as on page 1.
2. The final totals - break and report - don't display.

If I reset the number of lines for a page break back to zero, the column widths remain the same and the final totals will display.
