Own text in preference files

Is it possible to put text into default.ini, user.prefs, and our beautifier rules file and mark it in such a way that it won't be overwritten by the tool next time preferences are changed through the tool?

I have placed our files into Subversion and want to be able to use the $Revision$ keyword without the tool removing it.

No, this is currently not possible. I have added this to the list of enhancement requests.
